- A combination of motivational elements associated with the user background culture, leading to the user image.
- Functional congruity, utility and a sense of appropriation
- Aesthetics: relating to life style, identity and life quality
- Cost: the users available resource to usufruct of a certain residence and its resilience
Comparing user values of the Healthcare and the Residential sectors:
- In healthcare it’s implicit a service as part of the system’s performance. While in the residential sector the user acquire the right to usufruct an asset, incorporating or otherwise added-value services. Although, the built-in features are valuable for both sectors for convenience or functionality.
- The individuals sense of protection and the real estate performance.
- From a values management point of view, the cost being the compensation to acquire a healthcare or residential product is referred by its users. Cost of both products reflects the cost of property and what is built on it.
