Project under council Submission – Regarding a conversion of a building located in the Fontaínhas neighborhood, in Setúbal. The Architectural design interprets the dominating morphological aspects of the existing building, launching a dialogue with the surrounding neighborhood within coherent elevations dialogue, within the Arch author interpretation.
The single body 3 storeys building, tiles cladding – 6 flats. The edge of the surroundings context, within the Fontaínhas neighborhood – facing the Sea through the Views and Natural light
